What is spaced repetition?
It is well documented that repeated exposure to information improves memory for that information. The spacing effect facilitates long term memory recall and involves repeating information at least twice, at spaced intervals.
At Blue Planet Kids, our goal is to enable repeated information exposure outside of the classroom in a fun way.
Learning through play is second nature to children - they are just having fun, unaware that they are "learning". It's similar to eating nutrient-dense foods, and why doctors say that babies shouldn't drink water - we only have a finite number of waking hours in the day, so let's make those count!
